At Surfmud, we are committed to providing high-quality sunscreen products to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. This ensures that every product you receive meets our strict quality and safety standards.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require a description of the issue, and proof of purchase. To assist with assessing the fault, you may also be asked to provide photographs or return the item for inspection.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that may have been exposed to high temperatures during transit or storage, as this can compromise the product's integrity. We recommend storing your sunscreen in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality.
