Shipping within Australia

  • FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide on orders over $50.

  • FREE Express Shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the qualifying value, after any discount codes have been applied.

Delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

Surfmud proudly ships worldwide, so surfers and outdoor enthusiasts around the globe can enjoy our Australian-made sun protection.

  • FREE International Shipping on orders over $150, automatically applied at checkout.

  • Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Delivery timeframes:

  • 7–21 business days, depending on your location.

As of January 2025, all orders under US$2,500 being delivered to Mexico require your Tax ID (RFC) at checkout.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, tracking may transfer to your local postal carrier. We recommend checking your local carrier’s website for the most up-to-date tracking information.

Customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply in some countries and are the responsibility of the customer. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and cannot identify an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

If you have questions regarding duties or taxes that may apply in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@surfmud.com with your order number, and we’ll do what we can to assist you promptly.

Delivery Delays & Unclaimed Parcels

Surfmud is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control. Customers should continue to monitor the tracking information provided for their order.

If a parcel arrives in the destination country but cannot be delivered or is not claimed by the customer — for example, if the customer does not collect the parcel, pay applicable customs or import charges, or provide information requested by customs or the local carrier — the parcel may be returned to Surfmud.

Any shipping charges originally paid are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges will apply if the customer requests that the order be resent.
