Shipping of online orders

Surfmud will pack and ship all online orders expeditiously – usually within 2 working days. We use reliable shipping providers and provide tracking details for all online orders via email once order is picked, packed and shipped.

Note:

• Depending on the destination country – customs may require clearance processes be undertaken or charges be paid by the importer/buyer
• It is the responsibility of the international buyer to be aware of any processes or charges their country may impose for importing goods
• If products are returned to us as a result of not clearing customs, not being collected in timely manner, or unpaid duties, then we are unable to provide a refund as sunscreen items cannot be resold and must be destroyed. We can however resend the items at the buyer expense
• Any in-country taxes, duties or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees (or orders qualifying for free shipping)
• Please check your email (including junk folder) for the tracking information for your order
