Hi Alex, we’ve reviewed your case and note that in your email you confirmed the products were received unopened and in original factory condition. You ordered on the 11 August, the products arrived to you on the 13 August via FREE Express shipping.

Your review stating they arrived “open and damaged” is simply untrue, and it’s disappointing to see false claims being posted. As we explained in our response, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. For health and safety reasons, pharmaceutical-grade products cannot be refunded once dispatched.

Stays on for long sessions!

Love this sunscreen. Once you have it on it absorbs well and doesn’t leave a sticky slimy film. It never transfers onto my surfboard making it slippery and it also stays on for long sessions! I have to use a cleansing oil to really get it all off in the shower, but I’d rather it stay on than wear off!!!
